Updates involving multiple pages, extensive content changes, new layouts, or work beyond the scope of a standard content update may count as multiple requests or require a separate quote.

Do unused website content updates roll over?
No. Website content updates are provided monthly as part of your Website Care Plan and expire at the end of each billing cycle if they are not used.

How quickly are Website Care requests completed?
Most Website Content Updates are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and your current plan. Priority plans may receive faster turnaround times.

Does Website Care guarantee my website will never experience technical issues?
No website can be guaranteed to remain completely free from technical issues, downtime, security incidents, plugin conflicts, or third-party service disruptions. Regular website maintenance helps reduce these risks and allows potential issues to be identified and addressed more proactively. Services requiring extensive website recovery, malware removal, custom development, or work outside the scope of your Website Care Plan may require an additional fee.

Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes. We maintain most professionally developed WordPress websites, including websites we did not originally build. Before your Website Care Plan begins, we will review your website, hosting environment, plugins, themes, and overall condition to confirm that it is suitable for ongoing maintenance.

Can I upgrade my Website Care Plan?
Yes. You may upgrade your Website Care Plan at any time if your business requires additional support. Your new plan will begin on your next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Can I cancel my Website Care Plan?
Yes. You may cancel your Website Care Plan at any time by providing written notice in accordance with your service agreement.
Monthly Plans
If you are on a monthly Website Care Plan, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be charged after your cancellation takes effect.
Annual Plans
If you purchased an annual Website Care Plan, your service will continue until the end of the prepaid subscription period. Annual payments are non-refundable once the plan has commenced unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in your service agreement.
Monthly Plans
If you are on a monthly Website Care Plan, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be charged after your cancellation takes effect.

Your website will remain online as long as your website hosting and domain name remain active with your hosting provider or service provider.
If your Website Care Plan ends, you can continue to request website support whenever you need it. One-time updates, maintenance, and additional services are available on a project basis and will be quoted separately before work begins.

What happens if I need services beyond my plan?
If your request exceeds the services included in your Website Care Plan or Business Growth Membership, we'll let you know before any additional work begins. We can provide a separate quote for one-time projects or recommend upgrading to a plan that better fits your ongoing needs.

Do you provide emergency website support?
Yes. If your website experiences an unexpected issue, such as becoming unavailable or experiencing a critical technical problem, we're here to help.
Emergency support is available to existing Website Care clients. Response times and the level of support provided depend on your Website Care Plan.
If the issue is caused by factors outside the scope of your plan—such as third-party hosting failures, malware infections requiring extensive cleanup, or custom development work—additional charges may apply. We'll always discuss any additional costs with you before work begins.
Clients without an active Website Care Plan may also request emergency support, subject to availability and a separate quotation.
