Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service eligibility, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout our client relationships.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2026
Last Updated: July 2026

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. is committed to providing professional, high-quality business, branding, creative, digital, and support services. Because our services involve reserving time, planning, research, consultation, creative development, administrative work, and other resources, payments are subject to the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

This policy applies unless different refund, cancellation, or payment terms are expressly stated in a signed service agreement, proposal, quotation, order form, or other written agreement between Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. and the client. Where a written agreement contains different terms, the terms of that agreement will apply.

1. Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing, projects requiring a deposit are subject to a 70% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

The deposit secures your project, reserves time in our schedule, and allows us to begin planning, research, administration, strategy, design, development, or other work associated with your project.

Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable except where Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. is unable to provide the contracted service and no reasonable alternative arrangement can be made.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If a client has paid the full project fee in advance and cancels before any work has started, the portion of the payment exceeding any applicable non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a refund.

A project may be considered started once Canada Growth Partners has begun any project-related activity, including consultation, research, planning, strategy, administration, registration preparation, content review, design, development, project setup, or the allocation of dedicated project resources.

Non-refundable deposits remain non-refundable even when a client cancels before substantive deliverables have been completed.

3. Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, payments for work already performed, time already allocated, expenses incurred, and completed project stages are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project before completion, Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. may determine whether any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit and the value of work already performed is eligible for a partial refund.

Any approved partial refund will be determined based on factors including:

* Work completed before cancellation
* Time spent on the project
* Project planning and administrative work
* Resources allocated or reserved
* Third-party expenses already incurred
* Deliverables already provided
* The terms of the applicable service agreement

Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

4. Business Startup and Registration Services

Fees paid for consultations, business structure information, startup planning, administrative preparation, document preparation, research, or other work already performed are non-refundable once the applicable service has begun.

Government filing fees, registration fees, search fees, name reservation fees, licence fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or submitted to the applicable third party.

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. does not control government processing times, application decisions, approval outcomes, or third-party requirements. A delay, rejection, additional information request, or decision by a government authority or third party does not automatically qualify a client for a refund of services already provided.

Where Canada Growth Partners provides administrative assistance with an application, payment is for the professional and administrative services provided and does not guarantee approval by any government authority or third party.

5. Branding and Graphic Design Services

Deposits and payments for branding and graphic design services are non-refundable once creative work has begun.

Creative work may include research, strategy, concept development, sketches, design concepts, layouts, revisions, or preparation of final files.

Clients are responsible for reviewing concepts and providing feedback within the agreed project timeline.

Requests for changes beyond the revisions included in the purchased service or package may be subject to additional charges.

Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective creative preferences does not automatically qualify a project for a refund where the agreed scope of work and included revision process have been provided.

6. Website Design and Development

Website design and development payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Work may include discovery, research, planning, sitemap development, content organization, wireframing, design, development, configuration, testing, or other project-related activities.

Clients are responsible for providing required content, images, approvals, account access, and feedback within the agreed timelines.

Delays caused by missing client materials, delayed approvals, third-party services, hosting providers, domain providers, software platforms, plugins, integrations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not qualify for a refund.

Once a website has been substantially completed, approved, transferred, delivered, or launched, payments are non-refundable.

7. Website Maintenance and Ongoing Support

Payments for website maintenance, care plans, and ongoing support services are non-refundable for service periods that have already started.

Clients may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation terms of their applicable plan or agreement.

Cancellation does not result in a refund for services already delivered or for the current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

8. Memberships and Recurring Services

Membership and recurring service payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Where a membership or recurring service is subject to a minimum commitment period, including a 12-month commitment, the client remains responsible for payments required under the applicable agreement unless an approved early termination arrangement is made in writing.

Unused services, requests, hours, deliverables, or benefits do not have a cash value and are not refundable unless the applicable membership terms expressly provide otherwise.

Clients who wish to prevent renewal must provide notice according to the cancellation requirements stated in their membership or service agreement.

9. Marketing, Content, and Digital Services

Payments for marketing, content creation, social media graphics, digital campaigns, blog content, SEO-related work, and similar services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. does not guarantee specific business results, including sales, leads, website traffic, search engine rankings, audience growth, engagement, or revenue.

A failure to achieve a particular business or marketing result does not qualify a client for a refund where the contracted services have been performed.

10. Consultations and Advisory Services

Fees for consultations, advisory sessions, strategy sessions, assessments, and similar time-based professional services are non-refundable once the session has taken place or the scheduled service has been provided.

If a client needs to reschedule a consultation, reasonable advance notice should be provided.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee as specified at the time of booking.

11. Express and Rush Services

Fees charged for express, priority, expedited, or rush services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or work has begun.

Where a client requests immediate or accelerated commencement of work, any standard cancellation period that might otherwise apply may not be available because resources have been immediately allocated to the project.

12. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third parties on a client’s behalf are generally non-refundable once incurred.

These costs may include, but are not limited to:

* Government fees
* Business registration fees
* Domain registrations
* Website hosting
* Premium themes
* Plugins and software licences
* Stock photography or licensed assets
* Printing costs
* Advertising spend
* Courier or delivery fees
* Other third-party products or services

Refunds for third-party purchases are subject to the refund policies of the applicable third-party provider.

13. Client Delays and Abandoned Projects

Clients are responsible for providing requested information, materials, feedback, approvals, and access within reasonable project timelines.

If a project becomes inactive because the client fails to respond or provide required materials, Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. may place the project on hold.

Projects that remain inactive for an extended period may be considered abandoned in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Payments already made will not automatically be refunded, and additional fees may apply to restart or reschedule the project.

14. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered where:

* Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. is unable to provide a paid service;
* A duplicate payment has been made;
* An incorrect amount has been charged;
* A refund is required by applicable law; or
* Canada Growth Partners determines that a refund is appropriate based on the specific circumstances.

Any refund consideration will take into account work already performed, non-refundable deposits, expenses incurred, third-party costs, and contractual obligations.

15. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc.
E: info@canadagrowthpartners.ca

The request should include:

* The client’s name
* The applicable service or project
* The invoice or transaction reference, if available
* The reason for the request
* Any relevant supporting information

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

16. Ownership of Work Following Cancellation or Refund

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights and ownership of work created by Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. remain subject to the applicable service agreement and payment terms.

If a project is cancelled or a refund is issued, the client does not automatically acquire ownership or usage rights to unpaid, rejected, preliminary, unused, or unapproved concepts, designs, source files, working files, code, content, strategies, or other materials created by Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc.

Any rights granted to a client are subject to the applicable agreement and payment of all required fees.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Initiating a chargeback does not invalidate the terms of an applicable service agreement, outstanding payment obligations, or intellectual property provisions.

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. reserves the right to provide relevant agreements, invoices, communications, project records, and evidence of services performed when responding to a payment dispute.

18. Changes to This Policy

Canada Growth Partners Advisory Inc. may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The version applicable to a particular project or service may also be supplemented or replaced by the refund and cancellation terms contained in the client’s signed agreement, proposal, quotation, or order.
