What Counts as a Minor Content Update?

Minor content updates are small changes to existing website content that do not require a redesign, new page, custom development, or significant technical work.

Depending on your maintenance plan, included updates may cover:

Monthly content-update allowance: Each maintenance plan includes a specified amount of content-update time. This allowance covers the combined time required to review, make, and verify requested changes. Requests are handled within the available monthly allowance and the plan’s support terms.

What is excluded? New webpages, website redesigns, custom functionality, new graphics, extensive copywriting, bulk product uploads, complex technical repairs, and other work requiring substantial development are quoted separately.

Important: Content-update time is limited to the allowance included in your plan. Unused time does not roll over to the following month. Additional work requires approval and may incur extra charges. Clients must supply accurate, approved text, images, and documents unless content creation is included in a separate agreement.
