Membership Terms

  • Monthly billing: Membership is monthly. Membership does not include taxes.
  • Website backups: monthly, bi-weekly and weekly
  • Website content updates: minor content update request per month. A full redesign, custom development, troubleshooting, or malware recovery is not included.
  • Blog posts: Based on an agreed topic. Specialist research and extensive revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Social media: 4 static posts with graphics and captions.
  • Unused items: Unused items are carried over to the next month.
  • Client responsibilities: Clients provide necessary information, approvals, logins, and materials on time.
  • Separate services: All items outside the subscription are quoted separately.
